Due to the nature of Federal Assistance provided for these properties, we are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) regulations to determine your eligibility for occupancy based on a number of factors, which includes verification of your income and expenses. In addition to performing credit checks, we also perform a criminal history background check. Please review the enclosed Rental Application, and provide us with all of the information requested as completely as possible. If any questions do not apply to you or your household, please mark “N/A”. Any persons 18 years of age AND/OR older must sign the application. PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY ONE (1) APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD – EVEN IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MORE THAN ONE (1) PROPERTY. THANK YOU. We would also like to take this opportunity to advise you that the Owner’s and/or Managing Agent and Federal and State agencies discourage the use of illegal drug use, sale or trafficking on the Property. The Managing Agent has the responsibility to actively promote a drug-free lifestyle and will work with Local and State Authorities to prosecute anyone involved with illegal drug use, sale or trafficking. Therefore, in the event that you are involved with the foregoing, we strongly discourage you from completing and returning the application. Again, Carabetta Management Company would like to thank you for your inquiry. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of the application, please feel free to contact our office at: (203) 237-7400. Sincerely, —-lX;usmd;tbx —-KAwHCpoc;ZdSehj
Thank you for your interest in singing at this year’s Adelphi Commencement. Competition for this honor is keen each year, as it is a unique opportunity to make a memorable contribution to Commencement.
I’d like to outline some important points about this role and explain the selection process.
Each year at UMUC’s Adelphi Commencement, students are chosen to sing “The StarSpangled Banner” and UMUC’s Alma Mater before approximately 14,000 students, guests, faculty, and alumni in attendance at each ceremony. A minimum of one singer will be selected for each ceremony, but two may be chosen depending upon how well their vocal range fits each song.
Both songs will be performed a cappella.
Role in the Ceremony
The student singer is part of the official platform party, seated on the commencement stage and wearing academic regalia. (We will ensure that you are quietly escorted from your seat on stage and into the appropriate spot in line when it’s time to have your name read.) The singer’s guests will be seated in a reserved suite along with the other guests of the platform party.
? Be available to audition by phone or inperson one day during the period of March 21 through April 4
? Be available for inperson rehearsal at the Comcast Center on Friday, May 16 ? Be prepared to march in regalia with the platform party and be seated on stage during the ceremony
? Sing a cappella during the ceremony—-j7tzdsDk;GokFBAUnfortunately I’ll be out of state during the viewing. Wishing you guys clear skies!JackThanks, Amy. Looks good for me for Little River Friday.ÂClear skies … hope hope ………. Mike—-AdlR4tA1;NuVgaa contact – doeuBVDuf-noReply@gzxsfeom.org
